Helmet
I saw a guy cleaning windows, wearing a helmet. He's six stories off the ground. I can understand if he was on a bike, or even working on the first floor. But at that height, isn't it a little like a plastic bag around an egg? It may help keep things in a bit, but they're still going to get pretty scrambled. "The illusion of security" as they say in Fight Club...

I think you're exactly right - the illusion of security... Did the guy have any security ropes? Maybe they would feel that would give him too much security - he might be tempted to try them out - with just the helmet he'll be careful...
I can't remember if there were other restraints... I was so fascinated by the helmet that I hardly saw anything else. Of course, maybe it's just for birds or something...
Yeah, you know those guano-bombs are pretty life-threatening.
Well, there's that, too. I was mostly thinking of flying birds, but it never hurts to be prepared.
